隐私政策
1. 适用范围
一瞬朝夕（上海）信息技术有限公司（"我们"）说明在 MEGA NONOGRAM（Android 包名：com.sophiesgame.numberblock2nd）、相关支持及官网中如何处理个人数据。联系方式见第 9 节。
2. 处理的数据与用途
数据来自您的提交、游戏及网站的运行，以及您使用的 Google 平台服务。根据所使用的功能，处理范围如下。

Google 处理平台登录和付款；我们不接收您的 Google 密码或完整银行卡资料。
3. 接收方
我们使用以下 Google 服务处理相应数据：
- AdMob / Google Mobile Ads 与 User Messaging Platform：广告及相关隐私选择。
- Google Analytics for Firebase：使用与表现分析；Firebase Remote Config / Installations：安装识别和配置分发。
- Google Play Games / Saved Games：平台认证及进度；Google Play Billing：购买及权益核验。
网站托管及邮件服务商处理提供网站和支持所需的数据。部分服务商依我们的指示处理数据；Google 也就其独立平台服务自行决定相关处理，见Google 隐私政策与Firebase 隐私说明。这不免除我们对自身控制的数据处理的责任。
我们也可在遵守法律、有效法律请求或处理法律主张所必需的范围内，向有权机关或专业顾问提供相关数据。

5. 保存与删除
我们按数据用途确定保存范围：
- 进度用于继续游戏和同步，保存至被替换或删除；清除本地数据不自动删除云端记录。
- 购买记录在核验和恢复有效权益所需期间保存；依法必须保存的财务或争议记录另按相应义务处理。
- 可关联玩家的分析事件按所配置的事件保存期限保留，用于比较游戏版本的使用与表现；诊断及网站日志的保存范围限于相关排障和安全需要。
- 支持记录在处理请求及相关投诉所需期间保存。
用途或适用期限结束后，我们删除数据或使其不再能够识别个人。特定法律义务或建立、行使、维护法律主张确有必要时，可有限保留相关数据，并限制其用途。删除范围包括我们控制的服务商副本。
6. 请求与平台账户
您可通过第 9 节邮箱请求了解、访问、更正或删除我们控制的数据，或行使适用的其他数据权利。我们按适用法律处理请求，并仅要求识别相关记录及核验请求权限所必要的信息。
您无需向我们另设用户名和密码。技术标识和 Google Play Games 功能仍会关联相应游戏记录。卸载游戏、清除手机数据或退出平台不自动删除服务器记录。请联系我们处理我们控制的记录；Google 独立控制的平台数据可通过其账户工具或隐私渠道管理。
7. 安全与境外处理
我们使用与数据相适应的访问控制、传输保护等措施，降低未经授权的访问、披露或丢失风险。
公司位于中国。我们和国际服务商的处理可能发生在您所在国家以外。相关传输须遵守适用法律要求的保障；您可联系我们了解与您相关的处理和保障信息。
8. 未成年人和政策更新
游戏面向年满 13 岁的玩家。部分符合年龄要求的玩家仍属未成年人，其数据处理须遵守相应保护要求。家长或监护人可通过第 9 节邮箱提出年龄或数据问题。
我们可因服务或处理方式变化更新本政策，并提供依法要求的通知；新处理需要同意时，在开始前取得该同意。

Privacy Policy
1. Scope
Yishun Zhaoxi (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") explains how we handle personal data in MEGA NONOGRAM (Android package: com.sophiesgame.numberblock2nd), related support and our official website. Our contact details are in Section 9.
2. Data and purposes
Data comes from information you submit, operation of the game and website, and Google platform services you use. Processing depends on the features used, as follows.

| Sessions, level attempts and outcomes, virtual-currency activity, advertising and purchase events | Understanding usage and performance through Google Analytics for Firebase and improving the game. Records can be linked to app-instance or installation identifiers and are not necessarily anonymous. |

Google handles platform sign-in and payment. We do not receive your Google password or full payment-card details.
3. Recipients
We use these Google services for the relevant processing:
- AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform for advertising and related privacy choices.
- Google Analytics for Firebase for usage and performance analysis; Firebase Remote Config / Installations for installation identification and configuration delivery.
- Google Play Games / Saved Games for platform authentication and progress; Google Play Billing for purchases and entitlement verification.
Website hosting and email providers handle data needed to provide the website and support. Some providers act on our instructions. Google also determines processing for its independent platform services; see the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information. This does not remove our responsibility for processing we control.
We may also provide relevant data to competent authorities or professional advisers as necessary to comply with law, valid legal requests or legal claims.
4. Accessing this Policy
You can view this Policy on an external webpage through the in-game Privacy Policy link. For privacy-related requests, see Section 6.
5. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the data's purpose:
- Progress is kept for continued play and synchronization until replaced or deleted. Clearing local data does not automatically delete cloud records.
- Purchase records are kept as needed to verify and restore valid benefits. Financial or dispute records that must be retained by law follow the relevant obligations.
- Player-linked analytics events follow the configured event-retention period for comparing usage and performance across game versions. Diagnostic and website logs are limited to the relevant troubleshooting and security needs.
- Support records are kept as needed to handle the request and related complaints.
When the purpose or applicable period ends, we delete data or render it no longer identifiable. Limited retention may be necessary for a specific legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; such data is restricted to that purpose. Deletion includes provider-held copies under our control.
6. Requests and platform accounts
Contact the email in Section 9 to request information about, access to, correction or deletion of data we control, or to exercise other applicable data rights. We handle requests under applicable law and require only information necessary to locate the relevant records and verify authority to make the request.
You do not need a separate username and password with us. Technical identifiers and Google Play Games features still associate the relevant game records. Uninstalling, clearing device data or signing out does not automatically delete server-held records. Contact us about records we control; use Google's account tools or privacy channels for platform data it independently controls.
7. Security and processing abroad
We use measures appropriate to the data, including access controls and protection in transit, to reduce risks of unauthorized access, disclosure or loss.
We are based in China. Processing by us and international service providers may take place outside your country. Transfers are subject to safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us for information about processing and safeguards relevant to you.
8. Minors and policy updates
The game is intended for players aged 13 and above. Some eligible players are still minors, and their data is subject to applicable protections. Parents or guardians may contact the email in Section 9 about age or data concerns.
We may update this Policy when our services or processing change, providing notices required by law. Where new processing requires consent, we obtain it before that processing begins.
