1. 适用范围

一瞬朝夕（上海）信息技术有限公司（“我们”）说明在 MEGA NONOGRAM（Android 包名：com.sophiesgame.numberblock2nd）、相关支持及官网中如何处理个人数据。联系方式见第 9 节。

2. 处理的数据与用途

数据来自您的提交、游戏及网站运行和您使用的 Google 服务，范围取决于所用功能。

数据	用途
设备及系统信息、应用版本、安装或应用实例标识、IP 地址、诊断及错误信息	运行服务、分发配置、排障及安全；IP 也可用于推断大致地区。
游戏内玩家编号（Firebase Authentication 匿名账号标识），认证 IP 地址、User-Agent 等记录	开局后自动取得编号，无需登录或提供邮箱、密码、手机号；在设置中显示，供客服定位、接收官方物品或金币赠送。登录 Google Play 游戏账号后关联编号；账号已有编号时沿用原编号。认证记录用于认证、安全和服务维护；编号不用于广告或统计。
Google Play Games 玩家标识及认证结果，关卡、挑战、余额、拥有或装备内容等进度	识别玩家、提供功能及同步存档；从 Google Play Games 取得的数据只用于提供和改进游戏功能，不用于广告。
商品标识、购买凭证及购买、交付或撤销状态	核验购买、交付和恢复权益、处理购买问题及防欺诈。
会话、关卡尝试与结果、虚拟货币活动、广告及购买事件	通过 Google Analytics for Firebase 了解使用和表现、改进游戏；记录可关联应用实例或安装标识，并非必然匿名。
可用的广告标识符、设备与 IP 信息、大致地区、广告展示和互动、诊断及隐私选择	通过 Google 广告服务投放和测量广告、防欺诈，并按适用选择及限制决定个性化。
来信邮箱、消息、主动提交的附件和必要支持信息	回复咨询、排查问题及处理隐私请求。
网站访问的 IP 地址、浏览器、页面及时间等技术记录	提供和保护网站、排查访问问题。

Google 处理平台登录和付款；我们不接收您的 Google 密码或完整银行卡资料。

3. 接收方

我们使用以下 Google 服务：

AdMob / Google Mobile Ads 与 User Messaging Platform：广告及隐私选择。
Google Analytics for Firebase：使用和表现分析；Firebase Remote Config / Installations：安装识别和配置分发；Firebase Authentication：玩家编号及账号关联。
Google Play Games / Saved Games：平台认证及进度；Google Play Billing：购买及权益核验。

网站托管及邮件服务商处理网站和支持所需数据。部分服务商依我们指示处理；Google 也自行决定其独立平台服务的处理，见 Google 隐私政策及 Firebase 隐私说明。我们仍对自身控制的处理负责。

遵守法律、有效法律请求或处理法律主张所必需时，可向有权机关或专业顾问提供相关数据。

4. 查看本政策

您可通过游戏内链接在外部网页查看本政策。隐私请求见第 6 节。

5. 保存与删除

进度保存至被替换或删除，用于继续游戏和同步；清除本地数据不自动删除云端记录。
玩家编号记录保存在 Firebase 后台，供上述用途使用；卸载或清除数据不会自动删除。
购买记录保存至核验和恢复权益不再需要；法定财务或争议记录按相应义务保存。
可关联玩家的分析事件按配置的事件期限保存，用于比较版本表现；广告 SDK（Google Mobile Ads）收集的诊断数据用于广告投放与测量、防欺诈及排障；本游戏自有的排障日志、官网运维日志限于排障和安全需要。
支持记录保存至请求及相关投诉处理不再需要。

用途或适用期限结束后，我们删除数据或使其不再可识别个人。法律义务或建立、行使、维护法律主张确有必要时，可有限保留并限制用途。删除包括我们控制的服务商副本。

6. 请求与平台账户

您可通过第 9 节邮箱请求了解、访问、更正或删除我们控制的数据，包括删除玩家编号，或行使其他适用权利。我们依法处理，只要求定位记录及核验请求权限所需信息；编号删除后，依赖该编号的官方赠送等服务不再可用。

无需另设用户名和密码，技术标识及 Google Play Games 仍会关联游戏记录。卸载、清除数据或退出平台不自动删除服务器记录。我们控制的记录请联系我们；Google 独立控制的数据可通过其账户工具或隐私渠道管理。

7. 安全与境外处理

我们使用适当的访问控制、传输保护等措施，降低未经授权访问、披露或丢失的风险。

公司位于中国。我们及国际服务商可能在您所在国家以外处理数据，传输须遵守适用法律要求的保障。您可联系我们了解相关处理和保障。

8. 未成年人和政策更新

游戏不面向未满 18 岁者。

处理方式或服务变化时，我们可更新本政策并依法通知；新处理需要同意时，在开始前取得同意。

欧洲补充

对欧洲经济区、英国及瑞士玩家，我们为履行合同处理提供游戏功能、账号关联和购买权益所必需的数据，为安全、防欺诈、排障及回复咨询等合法利益处理必要记录，需要同意的广告和分析处理以您的同意为依据。您可随时在设置的“隐私与选择”中撤回同意，撤回不影响此前处理的合法性。您也可向所在地的数据保护监管机构投诉。

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

Yishun Zhaoxi (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") explains how we handle personal data in MEGA NONOGRAM (Android package: com.sophiesgame.numberblock2nd), related support and our website. Contact details are in Section 9.

2. Data and purposes

Data comes from your submissions, game and website operation, and Google services you use. The scope depends on the features used.

Data	Purpose
Device and system information, app version, installation or app-instance identifiers, IP address, diagnostics and errors	Operating services, delivering configuration, troubleshooting and security; IP addresses may indicate an approximate region.
In-game player ID (a Firebase Authentication anonymous account identifier), authentication IP addresses, User-Agent and related records	An ID is obtained automatically after play starts, without sign-in or an email, password or phone number; it is shown in Settings for support identification and official item or coin gifts. Signing in to Google Play Games links the ID to that account, reusing its existing ID if any. Authentication records support authentication, security and service maintenance; the player ID is not used for advertising or analytics.
Google Play Games player identifiers and authentication results; levels, challenges, balances and owned or equipped content	Identifying players, providing features and synchronizing saves. Data from Google Play Games is used only to provide and improve game features, not for advertising.
Product identifiers, purchase credentials and purchase, delivery or revocation status	Verifying purchases, delivering and restoring benefits, handling purchase issues and preventing fraud.
Sessions, level attempts and outcomes, virtual-currency activity, advertising and purchase events	Understanding usage and performance through Google Analytics for Firebase and improving the game. Records may link to app-instance or installation identifiers and are not necessarily anonymous.
Available advertising identifiers, device and IP information, approximate region, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics and privacy choices	Delivering and measuring ads through Google advertising services, preventing fraud and determining personalization subject to applicable choices and restrictions.
Email address, messages, submitted attachments and necessary support information	Answering enquiries, investigating problems and handling privacy requests.
Website IP addresses, browsers, pages accessed, access times and similar technical records	Delivering and securing the website and troubleshooting access.

Google handles platform sign-in and payment. We do not receive your Google password or full payment-card details.

3. Recipients

We use these Google services:

AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform: advertising and privacy choices.
Google Analytics for Firebase: usage and performance analysis; Firebase Remote Config / Installations: installation identification and configuration; Firebase Authentication: player IDs and account linking.
Google Play Games / Saved Games: platform authentication and progress; Google Play Billing: purchases and entitlement verification.

Website hosting and email providers process data needed for the website and support. Some providers act on our instructions; Google also determines processing for its independent platform services. See the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information. We remain responsible for processing we control.

We may provide relevant data to competent authorities or professional advisers as necessary for law, valid legal requests or legal claims.

4. Accessing this Policy

View this Policy on an external webpage through the in-game link. For privacy requests, see Section 6.

5. Retention and deletion

Progress is kept for continued play and synchronization until replaced or deleted; clearing local data does not delete cloud records.
Player ID records remain in Firebase for the stated purposes; uninstalling or clearing data does not automatically delete them.
Purchase records are kept as needed to verify and restore benefits; legally required financial or dispute records follow the relevant obligations.
Player-linked analytics events follow the configured event-retention period for comparing versions. Diagnostic data collected by the advertising SDK (Google Mobile Ads) is used for ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention and troubleshooting. The game's own troubleshooting logs and our website's operational logs are limited to troubleshooting and security needs.
Support records are kept as needed for requests and related complaints.

When purposes or applicable periods end, we delete data or make it no longer identifiable. Limited retention with restricted use may be necessary for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Deletion includes provider-held copies under our control.

6. Requests and platform accounts

Use the email in Section 9 to request information, access, correction or deletion of data we control, including your player ID, or exercise other applicable rights. We handle requests under applicable law, requiring only information needed to locate records and verify authority; deleting your ID makes official gifts and other ID-dependent services unavailable.

No separate username or password is needed; technical identifiers and Google Play Games still associate game records. Uninstalling, clearing data or signing out does not delete server-held records. Contact us for records we control; use Google's account tools or privacy channels for data it independently controls.

7. Security and processing abroad

We use appropriate access controls, protection in transit and other measures to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure or loss.

We are based in China. We and international providers may process data outside your country, subject to safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us about relevant processing and safeguards.

8. Minors and policy updates

The game is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this Policy as services or processing change, with notices required by law. We obtain consent before new processing that requires it.

For players in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, we process data necessary for game features, account linking and purchases to perform our contract; necessary security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and enquiry records serve our legitimate interests; advertising and analytics processing requiring consent relies on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time through “Your Privacy Choices” in Settings, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
