1. Information We Collect

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, advertising ID(Android AAID/ iOS IDFA), network type. This information is used solely for game operation, ad delivery, and performance optimization.

Gameplay Data: Level completion records, in-game behavior. Used to adj ust puzzle difficulty and improve the gaming experience.

We do NOT request, access, or collect your location, contacts, photo gallery, microphone, camera, or any other unrelated permissions. If future versions require additional permissions, we will update this policy and obtain your explicit consent beforehand.

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, or home address. You may refuse non-essential data permissions without affecting core gameplay.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To ensure stable game operation and optimize touch controls
• To deliver relevant content updates and level packs
• To serve advertisements via Google AdMob in compliance with applicable laws
• To improve our products through aggregated analytics

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling(except for non-personalized advertising).

3. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request data deletion by emailing support@yishunzhaoxi.com. We will respond within 15 business days to delete all cloud-associated data.

After deletion, no personally identifiable device identifiers will be retained, except where required by applicable law.

4. Third-Party Services(Google AdMob)

Our games integrate the Google AdMob SDK, which automatically collects:

• Advertising ID(IDFA/ OAID/ AAID)
• Device model, OS version, network type
• In-game interaction data

Purpose: Ad delivery, attribution, fraud prevention, and ad performance analytics.

AdMob complies with GDPR, Apple ATT, and Google's EU User Consent Policy. For complete details, see Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not share any device identifiers or gameplay data obtained from AdMob with any other third party.

5. Consent Withdrawal & Ad Preferences

• iOS users: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to disable cross-app tracking at any time
• EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland users: You may withdraw consent for ad data processing via the in-game consent dialog or through game settings at any time
• Android users: Disable ad ID personalization in system settings
• After withdrawing consent, you will see only non-personalized ads. Core game functionality remains unaffected

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age. We do not serve personalized advertising to minors. Different j urisdictions may define the age of consent differently; we comply with the highest applicable standard.

Use of our services by minors requires prior consent from a parent or guardian.

7. Your Rights(GDPR & CCPA)

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, California, USA, or other j urisdictions with applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:

1. Right to be informed – Know what data we collect and why
2. Right of access – Request a copy of your personal data
3. Right to rectification – Correct inaccurate personal data
4. Right to erasure(right to be forgotten) – Request deletion of your data
5. Right to restrict processing – Limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
6. Right to data portability – Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format, or request direct transfer to another data controller
7. Right to object – Object to processing based on legitimate interests(including personalized advertising)
8. Right to opt out of sale – We do not sell your personal information

8. Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to browser"Do Not Track"(DNT) signals, as no uniform standard for such signals has been adopted.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy(e.g., new data collection, new third-party SDKs), we will notify you via an in-game notice and obtain your consent where required. Non-material changes will be posted on our website.
