1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to MEGA NONOGRAM and related services provided by Yishun Zhaoxi (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we","us"). Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Selecting the clearly identified acceptance action in the game means that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not accept or continue using the services.

The game is intended for players aged 13 and above. Obtain any parental or guardian authorization or assistance required by applicable law before using the services or purchasing.

2. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you lawfully use. The game and protected content belong to us or our licensors. Purchases grant use rights, not ownership of intellectual property. Applicable third-party and open-source licences remain in effect.

You are responsible for your device, connection and associated charges. Some features work offline; sign-in, cloud saves, ads, purchases and restoration may require connectivity. Supported device and system requirements are described in the store listing.

3. Player identity and saves

You do not need to register a separate username and password with us. Google Play Games handles the relevant platform authentication. Your game-progress identity does not establish which purchases are available through Google Play.

Cloud synchronization depends on network and platform conditions and cannot guarantee immediate saving or recovery of every action. Conflicts are resolved by adopting one complete valid save, without merging progress, balances or content from different saves. Switching accounts, linking to an account with an existing cloud save or replacing local data with a cloud save can remove progress and rewards held only in the replaced save. Uninstalling, clearing data or changing devices can also cause unsynchronized progress to be lost.

4. Purchases and virtual content

In-game purchases are processed by Google Play. The content, price and currency are shown before purchase. Pending, failed or cancelled payments do not create new paid entitlements.

PRO and permanent wardrobe items actually offered for sale are one-time purchases. PRO removes forced post-level interstitial ads and gameplay banners, and automatically doubles base level coins as described in its offer. PRO does not remove optional rewarded ads.

Permanent items can be restored when Google Play makes a valid purchase available to the application for verification, including on other supported devices or with the current game account. They are not exclusive to a particular game-progress account. Benefits verified on an installation can continue offline using local records; a new installation first needs a valid purchase basis. A temporary query failure alone is not treated as revocation. A benefit from a purchase stops if reliable verification confirms that the relevant purchase is no longer valid or has been revoked.

Restoration restores the item's use right, not lost progress or another grant of a one-time reward already received. In-game currency and virtual content are for use within the game, without cash redemption or unauthorized trading.

Refunds are governed by applicable law and Google Play's refund rules.

5. Advertising

The game includes banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Availability depends on providers and technical conditions, among other factors. Each rewarded offer shows the required action and reward. Completing the stated conditions entitles you to that reward. An ad failing to load or conditions not being completed does not automatically earn a reward.

Services reached through third-party ads or links are provided by the relevant third parties and may have their own terms.

6. Use restrictions

You must not commit fraud, infringe others' rights, forge purchases or rewards, bypass payment or security measures, exploit defects for unauthorized benefits, disrupt services or access data unlawfully. Do not copy, distribute, sell or commercially exploit protected game code or assets without permission.

7. Updates, restrictions and termination

We may update the game to fix problems, maintain security or compatibility, comply with law or improve services. Online features may require an update. We may also revise these Terms to reflect service or legal changes, providing notice and obtaining renewed acceptance as required.

We may restrict or terminate access as necessary and proportionate to address a serious breach, fraud, a security threat or a legal requirement. You may contact support to challenge a measure. Changes, discontinuation and termination remain subject to legal and applicable platform obligations, including protection of purchased rights and required remedies. You may stop using the services at any time; uninstalling does not itself delete server-held data.

8. Service and liability limits

We provide services with the care and skill required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or recovery of every unsynchronized action. Apart from warranties required by law or expressly given in these Terms or an applicable purchase description, we give no additional warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business losses or losses not caused by our breach or other conduct for which we are legally responsible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or personal-data protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. General provisions

Applicable law and competent courts are determined under the rules legally applicable to the dispute. You may contact support to seek a resolution without affecting your right to make a complaint or seek a legal remedy.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent permitted by law. Not exercising a right on one occasion does not waive it. Differences between language versions are addressed under applicable law.
